@shopcanoeclub Chase bro do you have a time estimate? With the time difference out here I think I’ll need to set an alarm for it.

A little Q & A with a very very good friend of mine, my boss, Canoe Club's buyer, etc. This was a ton of fun. Feedback welcome, all! Let me know some thoughts.

1) When I started in fashion in the lte 90s in LA, one of my huge influences was Ron Herman in Fred Segal - they mixed Red and black Dunk Lows with Dries van Noten wrinkled pants, a vintage tee, and a Helmut Lang minimalist version of a Type 3 jacket. Blew my mind. That's sorta been my gold standard for eclectic since then,

2) In 2007/08, we did one of our firs collab projects - Engineered Garments for Styleforum quick release belt. We did them in chestnut, and then a dark navy leather, both with brass buckles. I still have mine, as does my wife. I used to wear it on the tightest hole, Now, it buckles on the last. This is what happens in 15 years.

@notmandatory they're technically the "regular" fit fatigues, but I find these to fit somewhere between slim and regular fit. i'm a size 3 in OrSlow bottoms across the board and couldn't be happier in size 3 in these.

Do You Consider Sustainability When Purchasing Clothes?

  • Always - Sustainability is a top priority in all my clothing purchases.

  • Often - I frequently consider sustainability, but it isn't the main factor in my decisions.

  • Rarely - I seldom consider sustainability when purchasing clothes.

  • Never - Sustainability is not a factor I consider in my clothing choices.
