Yes had that same problem the other day. It was someone who requested a return before I shipped so I ended up just cancelling the order. I assumed maybe it didnt show up because i hadn't shipped yet.

Bought a patagonia down jacket from Goodwill. They never tag the items all the way through, so when I snip off the price tag there's just a lil plastic thing floating around in purgatory inside the jacket. Is this something I should worry about when I list the jacket?

I wouldn’t, unless it’s a spot where it’s likely to be digging into the buyer when they wear it.

You probably have an HTTP instead of an HTTPS link somewhere in your HTML template.

Thanks all for the great info and both @Brianpore and @1ofTheCoolKids for the PMs, y'all came through and I got the appeal, they turned it around for me. So next time this happens, it's a snapshot of Parcelforce, not USPS to win the day.

I have literally the same tracking info (attempted delivery abroad by coventry parcelforce). Buyer hasn't contacted me yet, but I want to prepare in case things go south. Let me know what you did, thanks.

Edit: This is the parcelforce screenshot, but they've converted the USPS tracking number.
