No I do not have a problem posting his info because this ************* bought a $200 rick Owens sneaker from me and filed a return 3 weeks later, stating there was scuffs on them (that we noted and photographed) so we sucked up the return. We got back a box filled with newspaper and a stained nike tank top. Thankfully eBay did the right thing and closed the case in our favor but **** YOU you scam artist ************* from San Fran. artxjess at the google mailllll system in case you want to block the email addy

True story went down a shady back alley in a Thailand red light district for a no extra services massage with my ex gf. They were so confused, but the price was right so...

Also true story I went to a massage place in Quezon City, phl. So weird walked in and it looked like the scene in taken with sheets making a room big enough for a twin bed on the floor. Masseuse walked in with a face mask. $5 for an hour massage lol

Is anyone else getting ROYALLY fucked by eBay? I just got an email that my not as described returns are 1.89% 11/581 and I am getting charged an EXTRA 4% in final value fees. This would be fine is the reasons for not as descrived were actually LEGIT, but when it's **** I literally mentioned in the description, shown in photos, or the manufacture tags it a large and they say not as described its a medium WHAT THE ****.

Legit bullshit, and a ******* scam as far as I am concerned. Not only do we get fucked on these returns that 99% would be CLOSED without return in the past. Now we have to pay and eat an extra 4% in final value fees without even an appeal process.

I've called on every single one of those returns as was told by multiple reps on each return that there is nothing they could do. So it effects "selling metrics" aka a new way to **** us out of more money. So I think I had over 200k sales last year (yeh I took a lot of vacations). That's an extra $8000 out of my pocket. It's one thing if these were actually valid, it's another to blatantly **** us over to profit more. I guess they took a page out of the insurance handbook.

I had 3 unresolved cases lost and got hit with the penalty. I got one of them reversed in my favor but still paid higher fvf. once it's on, it stays till next evaluation.

even worse is that my sales tanked. my status got restored on the 20th and my numbers started picking up again.
