I could use some help troubleshooting my dymo 450 label printer.

I have another printer as well, a regular laser printer which is set as my default in portrait mode.

Every time I print a label to my dymo it defaults to portrait mode. This doesn't work, it has to be in landscape mode so the labels print correct and the long way.

I have set the dymo print driver itself to default to landscape and that setting sticks when I look at the printer in the printers and settings menu.

When I go to print it always defaults to portrait and I have to switch it every single time.

Does anyone know of a way to get landscape mode to stick? Windows 8 here, and updated to the latest Dymo software/driver...

TIA!

Alright guys. I need a little advice on how to deal with this dude.

Near the end of May I sold a dude some of my personal Alden boots. Put in the description "in excellent condition, have been worn Regularly and polished/conditioned a handful of times, perfectly broken-in. Sold as-is."

He sent me a message and said the boots had "structural damage" and included these photos.

He mentioned he would probably have them refurbished in his offer.

I responded that I described them as worn regularly, and wear and tear includes nicks, scratches and scuffs, and what could I do to resolve the situation?

He responded that these constitute "structural damage" and the boots are not wearable. And he wants a refund.

I've not had to deal with this kind of ****, but I don't accept returns. Also, the boots are completely wearable and in my opinion what's in his photos are par for the course of buying leather boots secondhand. Also that "structural damage" is like part of the sole being loose or coming off.

I guess my question is how do I get out of this without giving a refund. He also hasn't opened a case, just messages so far.

Any help is greatly appreciated/sorry for the long post!

Sadly the only advice here is to give the refund as its less hassle down the line at successful Ebay selling and were the "damage" shown in the Ebay listening first of all?

People have different habits, views and so forth on what is acceptable. In this case you can never agree fully so refund is the best thing for both of you.

Is there anyone in here who buys or sells those OTT Versace silk shirts? https://www.ebay.com/sch/Casual-Shi...0&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_nkw=versace&_sop=3 It's a crazy market. Do the buyers wear their $1,000 shirts? Aren't they too hot and impossible to clean? If you wear one to a club you'll sweat to death and the shirt will be ruined. And if you wear it anywhere else...you're slightly eccentric. Maybe there are addicted collectors who just hoard them.

For the sake of full disclosure, I buy the OTT cotton ones if I can get them at a sensible price. I just wear them to the coffee shop. The cotton ones make sense to me. I bought a silk one once...big mistake.

need someone's help here. so i have about 90 positive feedbacks on eBay with no negative ones yet they are restricting me from selling designer goods because of buyer protection on counterfeit goods, while I see where they are coming from; I still need to sell! eBay only told me to start selling unbranded goods to establish a reputation before they let me start selling branded ones. anyone has advices or experiences? much appreciated!

Were you busted for or accused of selling counterfeit items? I remember quantity limits within certain categories, but I don't remember brand restrictions. I was selling any brand that I wanted right from the start.

Same here. But I sold my first item back in 2003, so I'm grandfathered in with old rules. I also don't have any selling limits.

All selling limits were removed after a few months of selling. I don't remember if they are removed because of sales or feedback.

Gentlehommes:

I violated my number 1 rule and bought some wimenz things by Costume National. two pair of shoes. Two long tops. retail on the shoes are usually in the 600 to 800 range and the tops over $1500 retail.

Was in a hurry and didn't have time to check comps.

Now that I have, its seriously disappointing with shoes going recently for $15-$60 and the tops maybe $25 to $50.

Any tips on maximizing price on women's things?
