Anyone have a blackjack? As a novice to smart phone features, I am considering joining the information age. Initially, I think I like features best. Experience with this phone on the SF?

I read that it is not WiFi equipped? I take it to mean that it can only connect to ATT's mobile network, and cannot be used like a laptop in any non ATT-Mobile "WiFi hotspot"? Is this correct?

I have one...it's OK. I really just need a phone. I pay for features I don't use. The push email sucks compared to Blackberry, so if that's something you really need, go with the pro.

I have heard you can use the phone as a modem anywhere, but have not used the feature or tried to do so.

I dropped mine and the screen broke pretty easily.

HOWEVER.....it gets good reception and a good bluetooth connection.

I love mine, it's definately loaded. The modem feature, is amazing, especially considering it's 3G. I may be in the minority, but I like the push email...I have it set up with my Outlook (through company server), and my personal email (Yahoo). I personally don't see much difference between it and my wifes BlackBerry curve...however the layout of the Blackberries email function is in my opinion superior.

Aside from that, the abilty to surf the net at 3G speed, makes WiFi seldom needed.

I just dumped mine for a BB Curve. If you need enterprise email (GoodLink on the **), get the BB. The ** with the MS op system is not stable enough to serve as an enterprise email device - I tried for a year and finally got sick of the constant crashes and hangs. But, if you don't use enterprise email, the ** was great.

That's funny, I really haven't had any problems with crashes or hangs.
