What are the options available *in narrow sizes* for RTW black tie opera pumps? I'd prefer calf but would consider patent as well. So far I haven't found anyone who offers them in narrows. Thanks.

The regular width pumps from RLPL are pretty darn narrow, around 3.75" wide. Look on ebay at the grapevinehill store, he had them not long ago... THey're calf also...

You could also order an Edward Green in one of their narrower widths.

So would this be a made to order or a RTW? I don't know much about EG. Where on the east coast can one place such an order?

It would be MTO, so be prepared to wait for a few months. Sky Valet in DC is an EG dealer, as is Leffot in NYC. There are probably other dealers on the east coast that someone will hopefully recommend.
