Wasn't Westmanscott too big to fail?

You did know that as part of the stimulus bill there is a subsidy for this man. He's so important to bespoke tailoring that he's mentioned on imdb.com

I thought you were linking to that guy who makes Thom Browne's suits, Rocco Somebody... He is always up for a stimulus.

No, but you did know that there is a rumor that TB is going to contract with Bill Fioravanti to be his new maker.

It will be called the TB+1 line and will start at $25,0000 for suits and go up to $75,000 for the best stuff.

SoCal has the bucks. Maybe he'll get one of the TB+1s.

Remember the 2 pants with a suit style preference ( common with high dollar bespoke ). The TB+1 has upped the stakes.

Here's a prototype:

2 coats with a pants & 1/2. Would you expect anything less for $25-75K?

Must be the Cravath model: lockstep. Perhaps Mafoofran is interested.

In the photograph above, they are measuring the client. Discussions of cut, fabric, sauce, and poaching time follow.

Here is the happy client:

For the UK, I have to go with William Westmancott and his Ultimate Bespoke. Why? Do you know what the word "ultimate" means?

I joined styleforum at the behest of several of my fellow sartorial enthusiasts and it has been very entertaining thus far. And although most of you have displayed exemplary levels of netiquette I fear that class-less buffoons such as the one quoted above have taken a keen interest in lowering these standards. Hijacking a thread with such childish suggestions in an awkward and pathetic attempt at gaining attention is quite uncouth.

Do forgive him. Vox is quite the wag.

I read Styleforum for the clothes and the antics. It is edutainment, the best form of -tainment and narrowly beating out containment, mantertainment and detainment.

If vox wants to display his "antics" then perhaps he should start his own thread instead of hijacking others with his desperate behavior.

This could have been a somewhat interesting thread. But now, like SoCal, it blows.
