Yes! Super high vamp. Used to my short vamp Alden but the fit on these are great too.

Have to ask - since these amazing loafers all show 12C I'm assuming these are for you and not just a museum / photoshoot. Do these seem better / equal / worse than an Alden tassel loafer to you? I tried on a bunch of different sizes in the Aldens on the Aberdeen last and they just don't feel quite right - they feel very voluminous while at the same time the vamp just feels a touch too low for me. Conversely the 97 has always been no problem in a 7D.

I wear 12C on both the Aberdeen and 97. Both Lasts fit me great. Alden’s will definitely have a shorter vamp by comparison to these AE.

So we had a major storm roll through, lasted about 1 hour, dime size hail and serious rain/lightening/thunder. We have been without power for over an hour now, using cell phone as hot spot and darn if it doesn't work well.
