I think it's a sleeve thats cut wide, with arm holes extending closer to the waist. Gives an appearance of winged sleeves.

I actually have them in some of my scrub tops and it makes for easier wear (scrubbing in and out) plus additional breathability.

It’s when there is no armhole. The two sleeve panels are actually the same piece of fabric as the front and back panel.

Been available in studio on the low since we reopened...They’re almost gone though. Will restock with a future drop where it fits into the colorstory.

I have this Japanese Levis trucker with dolman sleeves and it's amazing (it uses a dart in the armpit, quite amazing!)
