as another opinion - i tried this but the shoulders were too wide on the size up and the shirt didn't fit as it was supposed to (sleeve point was basically at the end of my shoulder instead of sitting just a bit in, which made a fun poof though). the linen shrinks up when washed but stretches back out when worn. i would try your normal size and a size up to see which feels more comfortable and actually fits the way inglese is intended.
