I disagree on the too slim. I am not thin and I wear it with liner, over suit and don't feel constrained at all. But I did buy it to have that room and it is roomy with no liner in

Question out of curiosity. I got the black herringbone Moscow, and in very cold weather the outside fabric gets cold and very "crunchy". Do the other fabrics get like that too? I'm wondering if it's this particular fabric or the water resistance material on it.

That description makes sense when thinking about my mixed navy single breasted. My army green hopsack bumfreezer does not have that same stiffness.

Yea every sale I always look at the Moscow then realize I already look over dramatic with a simple overcoat.

how cold is very cold, I got the red herrigbone, and I guess NYC hasn't gotten cold enough to experience that yet

double breasted ulster looks cooler if you can pull it off, though I always prefer something with hood just because I loose cap/hat all the time...

I went Ulster...will try to get a photo, but it seems even more silly snappy photos of yourself in the cold than it usually does
