A year ago, when I never measured myself, I bought a nice Calvin Klein suit jacket at a really good price. In the store, I had to make a choice between size S or M. I thought both of them looked good on me, but decided M is better. S looked to be a tiny bit too tight at the shoulders.
Fast forward to today, I went to the Calvin Klein site and found the exact trousers for the jacket. My measurements are 44 EU (34 US) both for the torso and legs.
To my surprise, according to the site's measurements guide, the jacket that would fit me best is XS, two sizes lower than what I bought. Keep in mind that I look the same as back then.
What size of pants should I get? Would it look weird if the jacket is M and the pants are XS?

Also, I'm 1.83 meters (6 feet) tall and weigh 68 kg (152 lbs).

Actually measure your chest. If you're a 34", wear a 34/44.
