Let's see there are actually quite a few differences between the Winn Perry vs. the TSM make-up. Six eyelets vs. five eyelets, double waterloc sole with antique edge trim vs. the neo-cork sole, all round welt with flat welt vs. close heel & storm welt. Both are great make-ups, but I prefer the double waterloc sole over the neo-cork sole. Edit - interlockingny beat me to it already, he's good.
