Saw Ralph Fiennes and Indira Varma on stage last night in Macbeth here in DC. They both simply chewed up the scenery and the play was amazing. Took me a bit to remember she was in the Star Wars Obi Wan show as well.

I never really thought about it before, but Skywalker is the only family name in the Star Wars universe that's like that. All the other names are like "Gurn Tlarbo" or whatever. One would think that at least someone else would be out there (Starkiller doesn't count).

Yeah, it's uninspiring, but it doesn't look genuinely sh!tty, like Ahsoka, Boba Fett, or Kenobi. Maybe it will surprise, like Andor, a show I was certain had no shot at being good and turned out to be fantastic.

Ahsoka wasn't terrible - it was thoroughly average (though the Rebels callbacks maybe pushed it up to good). Boba wa terrible. Kenobi was below average (considering how hyped everyone was for it)

IMO, there have been exactly two season of genuinely good Star Wars shows (discussing live action only, because I haven't watch all the animated stuff). Those are S1 of The Mandolorian and S1 of Andor. Everything else has been, at best, merely decent and/or forgettable.

I agree with that. A few well planned and executed shows and a bunch of hastily thrown-together money jobs and endless cartoon callbacks.
