Size/fit question for my first pair of Alden Cordovan Chukkas
Just got my first pair of Aldens and I'm super excited! I bought the 9336 Alden Cordovan Chukka boots in the #8 color. So gorgeous. My question is about fit. I'm normally a size 8.5 so I bought the 8. Put on socks and just tried them on. Toes feel great, plenty of room. It feels snug at the top...- talmoore

Issues with Edward Green Service. Somewhat resolved. UPDATE 4/5
EDIT UPDATE: See Post #55, #77 and #156 Long story short (kinda short), I sent 2 pair of shoes in to Edward Green, one for a recraft and the other for them to inspect for a creaking issue. Is cordovan all that?
Cordovan is rare. If it was all that great, wouldn't it be more popular? They tell me 1) it doesn't crease 2) scuffs buff out far more easily than with leather 3) they last forever and keep looking new blah blah. How much of this is legend vs reality?- pocketprotector
