Haha, good old Sator - never disappoints.

I like the hidden button plain front shirt because it means I won't have to wear studs. But, I also like the "fanciness" (for lack of a better term) of the pleated front shirt. I'm not sure if a plain white shirt with hidden buttons is festive enough. It works for playing poker and killing bad guys, but I'm not sure if it works for a wedding.

Odor, this is YOUR wedding? I respectfully suggest you attire yourself accordingly, so that in 20 years when you look back at the pictures, you have no regrets.

Classic styles will always remain classic.

With the Peak lapel, a winged-collar shirt like the Golden Fleece version at BB website is most correct.

Please wear either a cummerbund or a vest; don't leave your waist uncovered. The waist-band trimming that some tuxedo pants have does not count.

Either white or black. Brooks should have both colors in stock.

Hmm, I kind of like that white vest look. See, that's why I come here to seek counsel on these things.

Does anybody else make a good vest other than Brooks (don't see it on their website) - or is it the kind of thing I should get made bespoke?

BB is the only US supplier I know of. Some Brits must carry one (I know Hackett does).

I don't know what your tailor charges you for a bespoke vest. For something that I would not wear too often, I would be pretty price sensetive.

Yeah, good point. I'll keep my eyes open to see if I see anything. I guess lee is right, it is my wedding and I should go all out.

I am not a fan of fly fronts on formal shirts. That is because I have several antique sets.

Carl, what would a shirt like that cost from CEGO?
