They are not supposed to charge VAT, it's not money they keep either if you were to pay. I hate **** like that you shouldn't need a code for something that should be done automatically.

VAT is just tax isn't it? I assume it's similar to being taxed for a product you would purchase locally and similarly not being taxed when you make an order outside your state? I might be wrong, but that's how I see it.

That's terrible is canadian post such a ripoff ? I sent a pair of boots to thailand and a pair of soccer cleats to australia they both arrived in under 5 days tracked all along and total was 90$
I also ask the buyer to cover the cost of int'l because I won't send without worthless tracking after reading about so many disputes etc even though items were sent (one guy opened a non-receipt dispute and at same time was trying to resell the item on ebay lol)

Yeah, I don't know what their issue is. I emailed them back about it, and they are much less prompt to reply
