Rome is also one of the worst wearing people citys as most of them are just tourist. First time I was there I was expected to see a lot of Ferrari, Maserati, Astons , Brionis etc etc. I didn't see any while I see severals a day in my horrible coast city.

Those who've worn out the trousers of the office suit, and think the jacket could do as a sports coat.

Nothing 'stylish' about that: stripes, any stripes, are the preserve of suits. If the trousers are gone, dump the coat.
