What exactly is the problem? I think the shoulders are a little wide. Anything else? What other sportcoats have significant problems? I actually wore this same Dunhill sportcoat recently in which you pointed out the shoulders, so perhaps you just thought they were two different jackets. I appreciate your input.

I think it is the shoulders Kent. Maybe they're a little big, but they're very structured. I think structured shoulders looks good on guys with more bulk to em, but softer shoulders look good on everybody. i also think the skinny tie doesn't synch with the collar and lapels, and perhaps even the size of the gingham check. Maybe Nii can chime in...
