I am excited to go see it. I have to see the first movie prior to the "sequel" I find it interesting how the wardrobe "designer" is taking a lot of credit when her styling choices weren't up to par (based on the pictures I saw). It was the individual pieces that are wonderful, not all but most. The credit should go to the tailor, the brand lenders.

Also are you guys going to shy away from C&J now that the whole world is going to know about them from that movie?

Funny enough I thought to myself: wow Gekko must be a hardcore SF follower, I mean more than a $100 million and he goes for C&Js (and 4 pairs to boot)- other people may have preferred slightly nicer shoes, but the guy is SF all the way

Its interesting Gekko would wear C&J. I didn't know they were that good. Better than Ferragamos and Santonis?

I haven't seen it yet as it hasn't been released here yet. Do they actually show him in a C&J shop buying shoes?

Overpriced at retail ($500) but you can sometimes get them at discounts. DSW in Atlanta got a shipment of Gucci loafers a year ago at 50% or more off. Unfortunately not my size.

you people are way too critical of style. Im not surprised most people here dont have brain tumors already. If they look good and feel great in their clothing then thats all the matters. nit-picking over stupid stuff like "the shoulder pads are 2mm off" is rediculous and you need to get off the forums and get some fresh air

I am pretty sure Shia was uncomfortable in his clothing. he is a shirt, jeans and hoodie type of guy.

Did he tell you that in bed?

Just saw it...it kind of sucked. And what was with Shia's tie knots? They looked like fists and were constantly slipping down.

When Gekko got his groove back, I thought his suits were ridiculous...practically clown suits.

Brolin's character was the best dressed. Horrible windsors but liked the double breated suits and cutaways and the knot suited him anyway.

mkarim: Pretty much. C&J Handgrades are almost comparable to Lobb. But of course, the aesthetic is different - Gekko wouldn't wear Lobbs, they're too fancy for his old money tastes.

The Silverfox: They show him at T&A (Turnbull & Asser) London, pretty sure its the Bury Street store because the manager of that store gets a little screen time. T&A are C&J Stockists.

Just crawled out of the rock under which I live and watched Wall Street for the first time. Great 80s film.
