Just for scale, the Rockefeller family trusts together could buy about 130 billionaires. AFAIK, none post here.

Of course, it's all that icky inherited money and stuff employees make for you.

Bingo.

Yes, the term lacks tone ... but so does a failure at dress. In that sense, it's fitting.

Yup. My experience is exactly the opposite, and my sample size is north of a half dozen.

I think I speak for many when I ask you to STFU about how you work in finance and know billionaires and are elite and instead post pictures of girls. Thank you.

I don't work in finance. As I've stated here before on plenty of occasions, I am but a lowly M&A lawyer. Nothing elite about it. Girls? Yeah, I can do that...

It seems many people still can't understand the concept that correlation does not equal causation. If anything, the frugality of these billionaires are probably a result of a less than rich upbringing which not only necessitated frugality but also was a contributing factor to their drive to become insanely rich.

The whole article is trying to make poor, or middle class people feel better about not being able to afford all of the nice things some billionaires don't have interest in. It is silly.
