Make resos and there will be no wait whatsoever. It's an easy res. Or, go in, put your name in with the front desk, and then grab a drink at the very nice lounge/bar area. And actually, the lounge is full service, so if you find you just want to order food from the couches, you can.

I can't get anything going in FOH. No connections, no experience. I am a pathetic loser. I will be stuck in the pits of hell (aka, full volume restaurant kitchen) for the rest of my life.
