You've stated in the past that it's not healthy.

I agree on that point, but I (and I assume Flambeur) were speaking more generally (e.g. someone who drinks orange juice regularly but almost never eats oranges themselves).
I can't recall. When?
Olive oil is also not 'healthy'. It's better than butter, shortening, and rendered beef fat but its pervasive view of healthiness is in due large part to the labels on it that says something along the lines of 'this is healthy if used in place of bacon grease'. It has minimal Omega-3s -- pretty much the only fats that are 'needed' -- and most people end up using way too much.

I should note: when I say I make eggs with olive oil, I mean that I grease the pan with a dollop of oil. I don't pour it on my eggs or anything.
I read that recently in one of the older threads when I was sifting through this forum.
I've really just had enough. I need to drop 10 pounds minimum and I have been totally undisciplined about weight loss. In this threak I will post what I eat on a daily basis. Basically, I'm hoping that you guys help keep me honest by providing tips and scathing criticism (when necessary!).
