Only because their web interface doesn't list Canada as a shipping option, and I emailed them to confirm my address.

Apparently due to some distribution delays, the magazines hit the shelves this weekend.

#5 (Rubinacci issue) is now officially a back issue and so costs 30, I still have a couple of copies @ 22 usd shipped.

edit: one copy of #5 left.

Just received the latest issue. Looks interesting . However it was shipped from New Zealand in a thin plastic jacket and came in less than perfect condition. One would imagine the publisher could have put the magazine in a cardboard or heavy plastic envelope.

You need to submit a shoe circle for one of their covers.

I had the same issue when I ordered an individual copy, for $30 I was surprised they didn't splurge for stronger packaging.

I've a still wrapped copy of the Rake #4 (The James Sherwood issue). If you're interested, let me find out what is the airmail charges (I'm here in Singapore), and I'll let you know the total price. If you like, I'll can even go to my newstand and get you the latest issue #6. Should be less than US$40 for both, I think.

Edit: Sorry, have to withdraw this offer. Airmail charges are crazy.

Alright, Singapore Gents. I'm planning to start a shoe club here in Singapore (in fact, anything sartorial can be the order of the day) I've already sounded out some of the English shoe makers and the response thus far has been positive. If 'The Rake' is from Singapore I don't see how we should not have something to live up to it. There's a time for Flip flops and there's a time for a balmoral boot with beveled waists. PM me and lets make it happen and not let APEC steal the limelight from the REAL issues.

They are outliers and therefore non-representative data points of the population. Their inclusion would add a systemic bias to the Index.

would die for issue #5. Besides Luca posing with several rather attractive lingerie clad models there is also a photo of Luca's twin sister with a rather low cut top with ample milky white cleavage showing.
