5.3 miles, fairly slow: it's hot and moist out there even in the early a.m.

9 miles today in 70 minutes...of course, this was more of a distance run, not trying to break any PRs. 5 miles on Tuesday.

6 miles. Temperature, 45 degrees. In the rain. It was worth it!

I cheated. 2.5 miles.

There's a damn steep, long hill on the way back, at the end. It always scares me whether I'm running or biking, and I never give it my all. Faaaackkk!

4 miles, like most days, but I didn't have the Baby Stroller so the hills were more fun. Still pretty f-ing slow though.

6 miles with stops at every mile to do 10 push-ups.
