6.7 miles, moving back to a heel-strike to alleviate this recurring foot-pain but keeping the forward lean and working on a rolling gait. Not bad results. Upper fifties in the morning which was freaking wonderful.

15KM yesterday in 1:03 and 17 today in 1:15, both in cold but beautiful autumnal weather.

Trying to find a couple of races over the next few months to keep the motivation up.

13.1 miles.

My fourth half marathon, and a personal best time. But I feel as bad as I've ever felt after a long run. Ah well. It was fun at the time...

I ran my third 5k on Saturday with a time of ~28:23 (unofficial, haven't seen where they've posted the official times). That's about a 30 sec. improvement over my time in June. My goal is to break the 27 min mark (9 min/mile).

And it was chilly. Temp in the 30s.

. Weather was perfect, but my pace really slowed after mile 20. My 13.1 mile time was 1:54:02.

Next marathon isn't until May 2010 - hopefully I can come in under 4 hours then.

Nice results!

I did the Baltimore half marathon Saturday--2:10; a personal best, although I was hoping for closer to 2:00. Like quevola, my first split was on-target, but I slowed on the way back in.
