Resident Evil, huh? I'll be fair, if there was a zombie apocalypse I might try to loot Atelier.

Pugh would make some badass apocalypse fashion. Or Poell.

it's not as though it was the movie that was inspirational; more like mila jovovic riding around on a motorcycle in a trench + garters slaying zombies. Also some dude with a tank top and a scarf.

I think Poell would probably make clothes for the zombies, albeit very fashion-forward ones.

Some of the stuff I've bought (H&M, onsale at Urban/Zara) have survived through the years through a little groundbreaking process called not washing.

So yeah, aside from a few items where I find value in buying something expensive (stuff I wear all the time). Cheap **** it is for me.

Curious to know what expensive stuff cp is talking about.

I am the opposite, when I wear baller **** I want to wear it more. Cheap knits are nasty as are shirts, tees, jackets etc.

pugh's **** wouldn't make it out of vault 13 without crumbling. I got some AA shirts, despite my hate of them. Wife likes the oversized shirt-steez while preggers, so i guess they make economical sense.

The problem is, you have the adequate funds to afford your ****. I'm in college; have loans, books, alcohol, food, etc... to account for on a very limited budget.

Obscenely expensive: Dior, MMM, etc...
Expensive: W+H, NDG, APC, Fillipa K, EG, etc...
Kind of expensive: FP, WESC, etc..

I mean ****, Zara and Jcrew is already pushing what I'm willing to pay.

True. Every time I walk through there I see atleast maybe 1-2 things I feel like buying... Conversely, scouring through Ebay/FS:SWD, 99% of the stuff is trash and a bigger waste of time.

sounds like you're not quite 100% on what you want your look to be, still experimenting, etc. that combined with a budget, i think fast fashion places like h&m and zara are just fine, seeing as you're probably not gonna wear a piece for more than a year (except probably for basic things like nice jeans, etc)
