Hi

Long time listener, first time caller.
I have decided I want some brown shoes for my suits, especially my grey suit.
Later I'm planning on getting a Navy suit, so I would be nice if it were compatible with that aswell.
But what kind of brown should I get, dark or bright? To be most versatile I mean

For some reason brown shoes is hard to come by in my town? But I like the shoes that Lloyd makes, and get them ordered to a store, to try out.
I have added some different choices that I kinda like, so I hope you can help me out.

+1. That's an awful selection of shoes. 3rd down is probably the winner.

I would consider anything...you have some examples?
Keep in mind, that I probably don't have anywhere to try them on though

I'd go with something like this:

This shade of brown (or even darker) would be good.

I agree, this would look much better, IMO.

The design is blah but significantly better than the four other options. I like the color, too.

The design is your classic laceup, it will NEVER go out of style. That's the beauty of something so simple and timeless. But then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In the end, buy something that YOU like and that YOU are comfortable wearing. I'm just merely making a suggestion.

That picture actually does not capture the true color of the shoe.

I actually have the same exact shoes and these pictures that I took capture the true color:

Hope this helps. Good luck with your search.

Do you mind giving me an idea of what you think would be a better design?

Thank you very much. It helps

You're pright about the design, and that's its a classic. I'm probably just used to something with more stiches and such...and have classic confused with dull

But I'll try and see if I can find a store that has something similar and try them on..who knows

The problem is just to find a store that has something like that. I was in 5 shoestores today and found less than 10 pair of brown shoes
