^ San Pablo? Ive experience a similar situation where an item arrives to distribution center ahead of schedule but then just sits there for multiple days. Item is still delivered on time but of course I would like to have it even sooner.

South San Francisco. It's a little frustrating they won't just deliver it a few days early, or at least let me go and pick it up myself.

Thanks.

Ended up with the Grey checked 2 button mainline for about 650. Hopefully fits and looks good. Is Mcqueen fully canvassed or fused?

for real, theyre like little girls not wanting to wait for **** :foo:

It would be funny if they could hear themselves.

Oooh my items have/haven't shipped. Oooh they're taking so much time, I could just die.

Presumably they're buying all sorts of manly stuff - leather jackets, combat boots etc- while mincing about.

So....how do you guys return your items? in the original box? :embar:

You can keep the porter box, but if there is a designer box, return that.

Yeah as much as I hate Fedex, they do let you pick up most of the time. But San Pablo is the worst as that's where my porter orders were held before Christmas for about a week since estimated delivery was after Christmas.

I'm not getting a response from Mr Porter customer service, so i'll ask here.

Is anyone experienced with making returns as an international customer?? I find what their site says slightly confusing. Is it free returns or is it just free to have the stuff collected by DHL?

Not sure, but you'd follow all the procedures. Better call them tomorrow.
