It has held up exceptionally well, and I think it looks great. I will have to take some pictures one of these days.
Of course, unlike on some other forums, I'm hardly an old man on SF. :slayer:

well, yeah... the whole "you're too old" bit didn't come across as well

btw in 1993... i graduated junior high...

It's all that soft living he's been doing. It keeps him young looking.

Also: regular lotion baths. I hear those help as well.

well yeah
i get that a lot
especially on here
and in person, even other asians think i'm about 27 at most

here's the thing.. when i was in my early 20's, a lot of people thought i was in my late 20's
and now that i'm 32, people still think i'm in my late 20's
which is a good thing

don't be jealous, dave

Does anybody know if or when BB is going to restock on the Alden tassel loafers? I bought a brown pair back in October but should've gone one size narrower. Now they don't have anything even close.

Me too. I got some white Clark chinos for $38, although after tax and shipping they still came out to $50. Since I live in central Texas and it will be 100 again in a few weeks, I look forward to wearing my white Chinos and fitted polos in the 100 degree heat in early February.

Yeah, taxes and shipping made it less than a great deal, but still for the more "fun colors" that I grabbed (yellow, light green, white and navy) I think $50 is about all I would pay. Just waiting until they got that low.

If you want to qualify for the free shipping, order your item and also order the BBBF boot. It's sold out but your order will surpass the $200 limit. Use their fucked up inventory against them

 reason why you don't want to irritate our resident boot expert...or any SF'er as they can always find a workaround..:slayer:

I like the Milano chinos too, but i am not familiar with the fit. I have Regent fit chinos, how does the fit compare?

I can only compare with the Clark chinos, but the Milano were fairly slim when I tried them on. The rise seemed a little low for tucking in a shirt as well. I sent mine back.

Interesting you say that. I have a few pairs of chinos, a pair of flannels and a pair of corduroys in Milano. I never wear shirts untucked unless they are polos and I have never had this issue. Then again I'm not sure how tall you are/what your body type is like, so perhaps that is the difference.

To Jubei: They are Brooks "slimmest fit" which obviously doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot. I wear a 34 and they have around a 7.75" leg opening, IIRC. They are pretty straight through the leg, perhaps slight tapering but nothing crazy. Never owned Regent cut so I can't comment on comparison.
