You're just jealous that you don't know the big secret about Acai.

Lulz, that's not going to do a thing if you eat a bag of chips and soft drinks all day. Healthy diet and exercise is a sure way to loose weight.

You clearly need to spend more time in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

I think people with belly fat are basically screwed. It is genetics. I lost 100 lbs and I still have a belly. My proportions stayed the same except I am just smaller. Everybody in my family no matter how big their belly gets have the same knocked chicken legs. It is terrible. From the waist down you can't tell the difference between me and my grandmother.

The simplest and most effective program out there. I've been using it (both the workout part and the nutrition part).

The best part is that its a home-based program. You don't even need to go to the gym and use their complex weights, machines, classes, etc.

I doubt that's mostly of your own making, not your genes. We, as men, tend to accumulate fat around the midsection and in the lower back area. This is one of the reasons why it is most always the last to go when trying to lose fat - has very little to do with genetics, a lot with being a male.

I commend you for your 100lb weight loss, that surely took some willpower and determination - but if you're not ripped to the bone elsewhere and still have that belly - you're just fat (I apologize if this sounded somewhat callous). It will come off eventually, it's just a matter of how much you're willing to sacrifice to get there.

No one has genetics that want belly fat. Granted, some have an easier time shedding it than others, but your genes want you to be fit and healthy. It's the signals you send your genes that allow for healthy expression. Your weight and body shape is not entirely predetermined.

So if you are not ripped, then you are fat? That is a good one.

You make it sound like your genes have minds of their own and you can reason with them. I don't think this makes sense.

Look into epigenetics.
