I saw this photo on a wall in a restaurant and love the style, cut, fit, etc. of the suit I'd love for my next commission to be as close as possible to this. To those who are well versed in the technical terms of tailoring, can you help me to understand how this type of suit can be described?

I am not 100% sold on the work jacket style chest patch pockets but I might go for that too. I love how the lapels roll. Is it a 3 roll 2? Or a 2 button with a higher button point? The shoulders are pretty relaxed, which I like. Is this more of an Italian style or something else?

All help and guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

It's just an earlier version of a natural shoulder sack suit.
Longer coat and higher button stance. By the women's clothes
I would put it around 1917-1920.

Nice, thanks. So you think that’s a basic two button with a higher stance?

Edit: Looking more closely, I see three buttons. Got it.
