It's not hard to find, Dark. Among the best of the U.S. legal 'blue' absinthes. It louches pretty well.

Toulouse Vineyards 2006 Estate Pinot Noir.

Visited them back in the spring and quickly went through the 1/2 case I brought home. Happy to have found it at the local K&L Wine Merchant.

Menage a trois 07. Its a relatively inexpensive white wine at about $12 a bottle that I enjoy very much, and its stout at about 13.5% alcohol/volume. Its made from a blend of 3 varieties of grapes in california.

I've been relatively healthy for the past week or so. Drinking puts me in such a difficult predicament. I have a very obsessive personalityM and am therefore not a balanced person. I am in an extreme health phase right now and thus I refuse to eat/drink anything that isn't extremely good for me. Therefore, the rye and gin have been neglected (albiet for a very shot period of time). Right now I have a strong cognac craving. I just might give in.

P.S. Sorry that this post was completely stream of consciousness. It had almost no bearing on the thread topic, nor did it have any cohesive thesis. I try to hold this forum a little higher than the DT.

Chateau La Gravière Entre-Deux-Mers 2007.

Surprisingly floral and aromatic. It's a nice break from the Chardonnay I've been drinking a lot recently. Nicely paired with a caprese salad dinner.
