Really. The jacket is very casual and the shirt looks like business wear. It may well be a casual shirt, but I would wear maybe a white poplin or twill shirt.
Maybe even an OCBD as I can see you’re wearing jeans.

I own exactly zero OCBD's.
They're on my shopping list though, and agree that a deep blue or maybe uni stripe would work well here. Thanks for the input and I will keep it in mind

I don't own any OCBD dress shirts. I few of my casual shirts are OCBD but I never wear them with ties or actually button them either.

I'm a fan of brown shoes with grey suits, but I feel that black shoes would have been a better choice here to go with the turtleneck and beanie.
