@Nealjpage No sir, just commenting! I will mention too that I've inspected several of those Stacy Adams "faux vintage" models and they really are cheaply made. The real vintage ones I'm sure are much better.

Was this Florsheim logo used at a specific time or did it come and go. I found a pair that seems newer, but I thought this logo was old.

if anyone loves NOS Florsheim and wears 9.5D, I may have a treat for you. But, I’m pretty sure they are CG.

this logo was around for several decades and I believe it lasted into the 90s, so I wouldn’t date anything solely on that.

I will when I get home. I’m thinking 1980’s. But, they are at home and I can’t remember exactly. They aren’t 93602 or anything similar. They do look like CG. They do have the thick wood grain look soles.

If anyone comes across a pair of New or very lightly worn longwings in brown (Florsheim, Lloyd Haig, etc) in a 10A or B, I'd welcome the friendly link.
10.5 B, or is that too far out of range?

So I was watching shoe videos on YouTube, and it made me wonder: is there a vintage shoe podcast anywhere?

So, I’m a little confused about dating these. The are DC code. So, they are probably 1982.

@Shoonoob did something similar with a pair. Seek his guidance.
Hello Gents!

Artist paint brushes, frog tape and PATIENCE. Dilute the dye to a lighter color than you want to finish with and layer coats.

I took some time off the shoe game but just bought a pair of beat to hell old walnut coloured AE Bradleys. They will be some sort of mahogany/burgundy with a patina. Hope everyone is well.
