We can do a 21.25" chest, but it's $250.00 USD extra because it's a full pattern change...contact us via email if that will work for you...

This. That small of a difference may be barely noticieable, especially on a heavier jacket in a stiffer leather. If it is, you can always choose to get it altered slightly, iirc, the price for a chest adjustment is about $100 or so, (shoulders are considerably more, again, for obvious reasons. I feel that +$250 is a lot for such a small adjustment, and that you are much better served to concentrate on the fit through the shoulders, arms, and length, and then worry about chest after that. The other thing about the measurement around the chest is that the chest and back on a human body are so complicated, that reducing it to a single number is nearly meaningless.Have you tried on a fit jacket in the standard 22" chest? 3/4 of an inch in a leather jacket, where there are +- tolerances could be almost an identical size. Also, especially in medium to heavy leather, each jacket will fit a little bit differently depending upon how the pattern is cut.
Of note, I removed the taper that causes the 'skirt' issue that some other people commented on. I'll upload some fit pics when I get the jacket to illustrate the difference for taper vs non-tapered.
Thanks for feedback. I actually like the fit. Keep in mind that it's fresh out of the box and it's not draping at all. ie. the jacket stands up by itself.
And uh, I like Swooc's fit.
