I am going to be in new york for the ICFF this weekend; I am looking for some shops, galleries or other cool things to do during the day on friday while my girlfriend is at work. I pretty much need to limit the area to Chinatown, because I am walking around on two freshly replaced knees and need to keep the distance down. so far here is the list:

odin - 199 Lafayette Street
jack spade - 56 Greene Street
16 sur 20 - 243 Elizabeth Street
groupe16sur20 - 267 Elizabeth Street
rogan - 91 Franklin Street
opening ceremony - 35 Howard Street
steven alan - 103 Franklin Street

Here's my last shopping map of NYC - plenty of stores in your area

I know you can't do too much walking but it's probably worth the $5 cab ride to the Barney's COOP, I was just there on Friday and they had a ton of great stuff.

Also - Tokyo-7 is all the way over by Tompkins Square Park but their prices are just sick, even for consignment. I saw the red Dior Homme polo everyone pays >$200 for $120 and Dior pants were under $100. They had some other really nice stuff too - Cloak, Anne D, etc... all cheap.

Joe's Shanghai on Pell. Be prepared to be seated at a table with other people already there. Before you can sit down, the waiter will ask if you want an order of pork soup dumplings. Say yes. Eat them. Enjoy them. Pay a few bucks and be on your way.
