Thinking about posting my Bitmoji in the sports coats and jeans threadTrue. I had my wife help me with my Bitmoji so it's pretty accurate.
If people don't post in WAYWRN I assume they dress like **** and are just here for the intellectual discussion like me.
Its like....yes i know many of the enlistees wont pan out and of the ones who do the military offers career and life advancement that might not be otherwise attainable. But at the same time its hard to not think how young they are to potentially give up their lives. And i know this isnt a new or profound thought but sometimes things hit you more than they do at others....About 90% of my basic training unit were between their junior and senior year of high school.

I considered applying to the USNA, but being such a liberal ***** I probably would have been eaten alive. (Or maybe the Navy is the perfect place for a liberal *****.) Also I don't like waking up in the morning. Speaking of, @brokencycle how did you survive?
