I couldn't imagine not working for 3 months. Like what would you do with yourself?

I'd take a page out of the old Piob Handbook and try to gain like 70 pounds.

You give me too much credit. Even with the best PED I could not pack on 70 pounds of muscle in three months.

Ugh. Signed a 2/1 lease on an apartment in Philly about a month ago with a real estate agent. Everything went pretty smoothly and he seemed like a nice, helpful guy. Now all I want to know is exactly when I can move in and how I can get the keys, and the dude has given me the runaround via e-mail and text message (will call later today after some meetings! etc.) for about a week. Getting pretty aggravated since I can't schedule my move and such before he gets back to me.

Do you have information for the owner/property management company?

For the most part, the leasing agent's job is done once your name is on the signature (and they've earned their pay) so it is not surprising that he both doesn't know the answers and isn't working hard to find out.

The owner lives on the west coast, so I'm guessing the key transfer would be through the agent. I initially didn't pressure the agent very much since I figured he's made his money and I'm low on the priority list. But all I've wanted to know for the last week is when/how/where I can get my damned keys--seems like he could shoot me a quick explanatory e-mail at the very least.

All the sappy slobbering on FB about the inauguration.

I don't begrudge people being on the other side, but grown adults should not be posting about weeping over a speech.

I voted for the guy and I'm fed up with that ****. My wife taped the swearing in and watched it 3 times last night.

On Facebook, I pretty much just post about KISS or things my cat said. Posts about politics either preach to the choir or piss people off unnecessarily.

Watched some show on Netflix about a group of guys who joined the local National Guard and then get shipped out. It was filmed in 2007-8 and had a part where Obama wins and all the parents are hopefull that he will get thier boys home but you have the benifit of knowing of how it is going to end. Sad stuff. He's no different than all the others but the false sense of change/hope/whatever was crushing to the average joe american I bet, not fun.
