There's a bubble tea place in San Mateo (20 minutes south of the city) called T-Pumps and it's ******* delicious. Line out the door at all hours of the day.

T Pumps isn't so great for actual milk tea... I will also forever use PEARL MILK TEA rather than "boba" or "bubble tea"
