Love the dial and that it's titanium. The size kills it for me, but it looks great on you. Enjoy it!
Looks nice in blue.42mm version just announced.
Looks pretty good to me. I would miss the stepped dial but seems like some have been granted their wish.

Agreed. I wish the bezel markers weren't piss-green.42mm version just announced.

Oh times were very different. It took me over 2 years to find this place, and get a black dial steel Daytona... and get this...NO WAITING LIST!!! I showed up a week before classes in August. Obviously, I went to check out my local watch shops. I stopped in at a small Rolex AD that is now long gone. I looked around, tried on a few things chatted with the owner. I asked about a wait list for steel Daytonas. The owner said, I don't do wait lists. He said, it's first come first serve. I haven't had one in about a year. Check back with me around the holidays.wow, only two years and (presumably) no buying history? you certainly are lucky!
AD’s are the biggest flippers. All those hard to find watches that you see on Chrono24/Ebay etc didn’t fall off the back of a truck (at least not all of them). There are currently a few hundred new Nautilus on chrono24. Some are probably fake/franken. Some are retail flippers. But most are coming from AD’s. Patek claims they buy watches from Chrono24 and then do an audit trail of the watch but they ain’t going to cutoff all the AD’s that sell on there. Rolex/AP, same thing.Do any ADs have a "no flipping" term for a set number of years in their contract of sale? It's quite common in the art world. I suppose it's easier to enforce with unique items.
