What's sizing advice on the Moscow for a slim-true medium (39-40)? S/M? Thx

I’d say M and believe the NMWA guys also suggest TTS. I have a ~39 inch chest and wear a 40R in suits. The Moscow fits well with room underneath to layer or fit a suit without looking like a tent even if you’re not layering. You can definitely wait for other opinions though.

I’m a solid 52r and bought a M in the Moscow and wear it over a sportcoat or even a thick sweater. I felt the L was too big.

Interest check in a NWT Frank Leder hand-knit sweater, size XL. It's new, but has two issues. One is a hole (weaving issue?) on the front, the other another weaving issue at the front bottom hem. See photos below.
