Longshot, but if anyone is looking to part with the Fujito wide slacks in charcoal from last season in 32 or 34, my DMs are open.

Why is everyone selling their Clints??? Is the hype cycle over? Have we moved on to hairy boots?

Here's my 2 cents on the clint:
  • it's the coolest jacket I own
  • sometimes it feels too cool for me
idk why but I think some dudes (myself included) have a mental block about wearing leather jackets. My clint sat on the rack for over a year before I wore it for the first time.

I wonder how many other people did this and sold there's off.

I would definitely hold onto mine if it was not for the move to Seattle. I’ve considered keeping it, spraying it with Saphir, and embracing fate, but I am fairly certain that is not the move here.

Genuinely curious, or more just rhetorically bemoaning this recent Clint sell-off..? ;)

I’m definitely not cool at all, so there’s that.

Partly sizing on me - size up isn’t quite enough to get my now-also-sized-up shirts/layers under, but 2 up is going be weird in the shoulders and sleeves. Also doesn’t have side entry on the hip pockets, which I apparently need in a jacket. And there’s something almost too, polished? Or *nice*-looking about it? And for some reason the black isn’t working as well with what I thought would be cool fits. Just doesn’t seem to vibe with my vibe. I dunno 🤷‍♂️ I guess I could size up again and tailor the sleeves and beat it up and maybe hopefully have something I like… but I’d rather pass it on to someone who loves it and get something else I love instead.

I mean, it really is a dope jacket (after all, posts around here are why I bought it in the first place), and you really should please buy mine, but… I also have a newborn and ain’t nobody got time for $1000 jackets they don’t love at first sight -

Do You Consider Sustainability When Purchasing Clothes?

  • Always - Sustainability is a top priority in all my clothing purchases.

  • Often - I frequently consider sustainability, but it isn't the main factor in my decisions.

  • Rarely - I seldom consider sustainability when purchasing clothes.

  • Never - Sustainability is not a factor I consider in my clothing choices.
