I rate it above shell cordovan for rugged elegance. It's a resilient leather that you don't have to pamper but still looks exquisite in any situation.
Unlike the Italian processed kangaroo leather, this Australia tanned kangaroo is a little thicker, more resilient and from my point of view, more characterful.

Looks strikingly similar to calf, although have heard about its strengths. Has Vass started carrying the Australian tanned skins?
They will do a factory Topy and rubber heel but I've never seen a full rubber sole.Does VASS offer a wensum type sole?
