1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Just finished polishing my Vass Old English Plain Model before a wedding tonight. Purchased from Ascot 4 years ago.

Very nice Don - Think Karl sold them to you back then.
What colour laces you planning on using for the wedding?

Thanks. Yes, I believe it was. As for laces, I'm keeping it conservative; waxed black.

What's even more irritating is when the cap isn't straight (not the punching, but the horizontal line). This is the case on one of my pairs. I'm trying to not take notice, but it keeps staring at me almost mocking me. "I know you know that I know."

Lol I didn't catch the effed up punch but then again I'd rather not know. How about an uneven wingtip:

I'm sorry about that lol. It's just that it's one of the reasons why I'm kind of refraining myself from ordering a semi-brogue from Vass. Still beautiful boots, nonetheless @Shouldaville
