Ha! Too funny!
First off, some context. Our house was built in 1956 and I've seen walk-in closets in new houses as big as our "master" bedroom. Plus I share the closet with my wife.
i try to stick to a 1 in / 1 out policy but usually I end up playing catch up. Today's shirt tipped me over the edge. I needed to do something. I alternate my wardrobes - spring/summer and fall/winter - boxing each one up when it's not in use. That's one way I economize on space. Today I pulled out the fall wardrobe and began to cull from it and the summer stuff, based on what wasn't used much (or at all). Some of the cull of the fall stuff is based on stuff for fall/winter that I pick up in spring/summer.
In the end I had 2 black garbage bags to donate. One was outerwear and sweaters. How much outerwear and wool can one person wear? No, don't answer that.
And then there were a few things I put aside to sell, particularly some HT SCs. I also just sold a Boss SC I bought before I discovered the thrifts. I'd been hanging on to it because it cost so much but I never wore it. It was actually kind of a relief to do it.

Awesome finds. I often pick up classical for myself but have never researched the genre in terms of which lps are valuable. These 2 are now on my radar atleast, so thanks for that. And I know that there are vinyl guys on the thread who'll appreciate this: before eBay hit big and people camped out in stores thrifting everything, I routinely found stuff like this: first pressing promo. copy of the Morning Dew lp. And this: But I was in high school, so "routinely" meant whenever I could convince my grandfather to take me to the Buy the Pound that's now a condo. Anyway, I've since moved to a place that has zero flippers, and it's a teak/vinyl/vintage paradise. It's like a pre-eBay Garden of Eden. I won't post too many pics, but these were had for twenty cents each: Horowitz Warhol cover and early Milstein.
Shirtsnmore, your Versace tie is real (and that suit),Dark, yours is not, sorry.
