1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Serious question here: Northern Lights intensity on a normal night on this land? :B

    Thx, bros.... :fistbump:

Those are just Vibram 'natural' colored soles (they look better, more 'cream' in person). Five bucks for the vintage Royal Imperial longwings on eBay, then $50 for the soles at the local cobbler. Apparently, they thought it was a huge ordeal, very weird, as these soles are meant for boots. It took me one crepe sole monstrosity, much explaining, some photographic evidence, and a month to get them back.

@OliT that looks amazing! Both me and my wife inherited land and have no idea what to do with it. Mine in Mexico. Hers in Lancaster, California.

    Wish you the best!

During the peak of winter, I'd say northern lights are visible like once a week to a few times a week. Intensity varies, but when it's intense, omygosh it's pretty.

@Randomore: Thanks! The awesome thing with this thread is that people seem to genuinely care what people are doing. It's a nice community, this.

Wow, I've had a lot to read. Lots of stuff posted that I won't multi-quote, but....

@OliT, congratulations! I really want to find the time to make it up your way!

Duuuuuude! Glad to see these finally turned out the way you wanted them, well worth the wait and frustration. I need to do something similar to these- Grenson was too busy thinking of Frankenstein's kicks when they made them.
