Dudes, that bike has a full Campy 50th anniversary gruppo. Though not in perfect shape, the gruppo on a decent day sells for over $1,500. 4k is a totally ridiculous price, but he doesn't advertise that bike properly AT ALL. I sold a pair of Super Record colbalto brakes for $275 in no more than an hour on eBay and those are much less scarce than what this guy is selling.
