Iron Rangers in my size which I’m happy about. I had a pair 15 years ago that I had to have a Red Wing store order for me. With 10% off promotion they were $185 out the door. Last 5+ years of daily wear until I dropped a quart of primer on them.

Nice looking boots.

Also, I'll fight anyone who talks sh!t on Chicago. One of the greatest cities in the world. People who have never even been there seem to 100% of the time have a less than favorable opinion of it. I'm always more than happy to correct them.

Hey as long as I can put ketchup on my Hot Dog I'll visit some day. :nest:

Belated thrift pics. sorry for the crap quality, but you get the idea.

NAD 7020 receiver for $19. V moda crossfade m80 headphones for $6. Both work great

Unbeknownst to me, my wife asked our quite handy neighbor if he would fix our fence and rebuild the dry rotted gate.

I only found out because I heard a drill while I was in the shower.

I said I obviously have money for you. He said "how about a stereo receiver?"

As we all know, thrift booty is also currency. So i see the NAD, a pair of Axiom Millennia M3 speakers and a vintage Belgian made Magnavox cd player making their way across the street. Lol!

Or whatever he thinks "evens the trade".

Me in a small metro area but still surrounded by farms yet no finds 😔😔

I should’ve clarified that it’s a big metro area where people still dress up in numbers. I’ve also found state capitals often thrift better than other similarly sized metro areas.
