When i lived In lake park we would see voodoo offerings and rituals and and all sorts of crazy voodoo stuff in the streets and nooooooo one not even the cops wold touch it or talk about it

The crystal has a little crack and I don't know how to set the date yet but I think it works.

I need a new laptop bag so I have been keeping my eyes open for a leather messenger bag. I found this. Other than the random pen marks it is in good condition EXCEPT for the strap on one side

I thought about taking it to my cobbler to fix but then it occurred to me that Coach offers a lifetime warranty on their products. I'll just drop it off at the Coach store

Then I thought, "It is real, isn't it? Cause if it is a fake I will get laughed out the store!"

Lots of unusual vintage stuff coming out of the woodwork since things reopened:

Moth-eaten but a no-brainer at $8 CAD

Raccoon. 70s Hudson's Bay Company (44R). Lots of moth damage on this one too, unfortunately. Threw it on with some Cazals I found on the same trip to announce my triumphant return to the house. Momjeans was not impressed.

Local thrift has $ day before switching from winter to summer "couture" unless its less than 4 bucks then its 75% off,cherry pop for belvest and the palm beach and been had polo are old school fully canvassed classics all in my size, amazing.

So, this past weekend I had the best thrift weekend I have had to date I do so believe. Started off by getting a NWT J. Lawrence Khakis sport shirt for $10.

Then at a single thrift store locally, I got the following collection of ties, as well as some RLPL Shirts and an Eton shirt as well.

The ties are Zegna, RLPL, Charvet, and Brioni. All at one single thrift store. The Charvet is NWT. I will throw up some pics of the shirts tomorrow.

To add on to my tie pictures, here is a picture of 1 of the 2 RLPL Shirts I found the same day, the second I will again...snap a picture at a future date... the Eton shirt I found at the same thrift and the NWT J. Lawrence Khaki's Shirt I got the same weekend, albeit it from a different store.

The Eton is a bit of a bummer though, as once I got it home I realized someone has alterations done (and IMO, not great ones) on the back of the shirt (near the small of the back, left and right) to draw the shirt in. Being these are vertical stripes, the alterations effectively cause the stripes to draw in and meet together at those points now which makes this shirt virtually unwearable sans a jacket IMO.

Still a really decent weekend though, all from only 2 stores. I go out weekly now, I think I really ma do a live stream (I have mentioned this before) if people want to follow along. I find very interesting items in my area, and travel around for others. Let me know if this is something you guys would be interested in. I really get a kick of out doing this, so I am sure some others will as well.

Separate post, I have been on a bit of an Aloha / Hawaiian shirt kick lately. Here are some of my recent finds.

Vintage Hawaii Blues Shirt (estimated 90s) made in Hawaii, couldn't believe how good of a condition this shirt was in.

Royal Creations pretty cool print and color combo!

Vintage Royal Islander (estimated 70s / 80s) I am in love with this shirt. If it was my size, no question it would be in my summer rotation.

Some stuff. I thought the Nike were OG '87, but zooming in on the label shows '03 redo. adidas/RC is a sample, turquoise trunks and black backpack are lulu, triple aught design cargo pants, new prl patch madras vest and jacket.

Typically pass on J+ collab, but this was too good and $9.

Anyone recognize this other jacket? Same store, zero branding besides a content label (made in China) or maybe the neck tag once had writing on it? Seemed well made and almost had a lulemmmon vibe at first glance so grabbed it as a gamble. Some other nicer than average fodder too but my lazy photos aren’t fair to keep piling on ya. I’ll try to take some better ones of the nicer stuff I’ve found in the recent past.

Don’t think it’s a specific logo, i see Those buttons a lot on usually dated 80’/90’s jackets
